Ever wake up with a tweaked neck? What position do you sleep in? Believe it or not, tummy sleepers have this problem more than any other. The best position to sleep in is on your back, using a pillow under your knees and neck. If you are a side-sleeper, try using pillows to bolster yourself and prevent next morning aches and pains. Ask your therapist about proper bolstering techniques customized to the way you sleep.
