When you want to work out, always try to stretch first, and then gradually increase the intensity of the exercises. Another available method is acupressure. You will need to apply pressure on the spot, for 30 seconds. This needs to be repeated as many times as needed. You can also contract muscles which stand opposite the cramped muscles.
