To simply put do we all Walk the correct way. As it’s shown in the picture do we use all the Joints that are supposedly use.It is understandable if we have pain that we are not able to use the correct joint and the right amount of motion in the joint. If there s no pain we should use all the Joints and all the Movements to the available range possible. For Ex:If you walk in a thick cushioned shoe it actually restricts lot of movements that supposedly happening in your joints especially in the foot. If you ask what is the correct way to walk…simply follow the diagram in which all the joints move properly.When every joint has been moved up to it’s optimum range there won’t be any compensations which might lead to injuries,degeneration changes etc.
