Lower Back is the foundation of our Body. It needs to be stronger to hold you up well while walking,running even in sitting. The weak the Lower Back is more muscular imbalance will happen in the body. As we get older our muscles also tend to become weaker. The biggest reason for that we just don’t use them. We become more sedentary and do less Physical Activities. Weak muscles usually lead injuries like Disc Bulge and Nerve root irritation etc…even if you are Physically Active your muscle needs constant strength to stay injury free and do the Physical Activities well. Thus you need to keep your muscles stronger. As it’s shown in the picture the exercise is a very basic one but if you do them regularly you would gain strength in your Lower Back muscles which would help you in Posture and in avoiding injuries as well.
