Prolonged In activeness leads to de-conditioning of the muscles which leads to weakness and would eventually leads to Arthiritic changes in the joints. All you need to be doing is be active in any form. Ranging from just moving the Hands to walking,climbing stairs etc. Your Muscle needs a memory to function.If you don’t keep them Active it will lose the memory and will make you Inactive.
